Refunds Policy
UK Model Porfolio Refunds Policy
Providing you contact us within 7 working days of your purchase/ booking, we
will happily replace the model or portfolio with another choice of
equivalent value, or offer a full refund (subject to our Conditions of
Refunds). After 7 working days the purchase will be considered final and
refunds will not be available.
Conditions of Refunds
1.
If for any reason the site creates an error and you receive the wrong image
following a purchase, or if we are responsibile for any error we will
happily replace the image with another of equivalent value.
If you are unable to use the image for some reason we will offer a refund
providing you follow our refund procedure detailed below.
2.
Refund Policy
Model portfolios - refunds will be given in full if the website is proven to
be at fault for any mistakes. These faults must be outside the stated photo
and image upload requirements. The refund does not apply if the website is
offline or the server is down.
Model hire - refunds are only given if the model/models fail to arrive for
the total of the time they have been booked. All models are booked on a 'as
seen on the UK Model Portfolio website' .
No other refunds are given.
Refund Procedure
You must email admin@ukmodelportfolio.com detailing the following
information:
1.
Your name, address and telephone number.
2.
Purchase date and invoice number.
3.
Your reasons for requesting a refund.
4.
Models intended use at time of booking.
5.
The Model number or Model Portfolio login and password
We will then send you a document that you must sign and return to us
declaring that:
1.
You have deleted copies of the model images/portfolio files from your
computers and that it has not been stored in any way, on tape, disk or other
form of digital data storage device.
2.
You have not sent copies of the model images/ portfolio files to anyone else.
3.
You have not used the model images/ portfolio files in any print, web, screen
or any form of media.
When we have received the signed document we will refund the payment to your
credit/ debit card that was used for that transaction. We do not offer
refunds in cash or by cheque.
N.B. We reserve the right to alter or amend this policy at any time. We will
honour refunds according to the policy that was in place at the time of your
purchase. |
